Power Smoothie & Popsicle Recipe

This is a great power smoothie. The best part is you can make Popsicles for those children who won’t eat their veggies. They won’t even know the Kale, Spinach and Carrots are in it. If they ask about the green stuff, just say it is green bananas :) You can also replace the milk and honey for vanilla whey protein powder!

So I’m going to say this…I’m highly allergic to cats and dogs. Yes, you heard me right, allergic to cats and dogs. I take medication on a daily basis to help control my allergies to them. Well two nights ago I ran out of medication so dummy me thinking oh it will be alright, well tonight it wasn’t. I ended up having an allergy attack, ya know the ones where you can’t stop sneezing, one right after the other, you can’t breathe because you keep sneezing, eyes are watering, etc etc.. Yup that was me, so I decided oils here I come. I decided to try Peppermint Oil and Tea Tree Oil. I used just a little of the peppermint oil on the bottom of my feet and the tree tea oil on my sinuses. This worked to calm it down but didn’t stop it. So I decided to inhale the tree tea oil buy inhaling it straight from the bottle. Finally in just a few short minutes, my symptoms were gone! Thank you, Thank you, my lovely essential oils!
